PRICE OF PARTICIPATION 

1) Hire of bare floor area:

The price of the bare floor space reduces the more square metres you take. The minimum stand space is 32m²:

• Number of m2 ≤ 64 m2 : € 98/m2
• Number of m2 > 64 m2 : € 70/m2

From 4 July 2025, rates will be increased: € 105/m² for surfaces < 64 m² & € 75/m² for surfaces > 64 m2.

2) Connect Packages:

One of the Connect packages is mandatory. The Essential Pack is required by default, OR you can choose to upgrade for greater visibility with the More, Pro, or Ultimate packs. Free catering worth €550/exhibitor is included in all packages.

• Connect Essential: 600 EUR
• Connect More: 1.200 EUR
• Connect Pro: 1.950 EUR
• Connect Ultimate: 3.750 EUR
  
  

ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR OPEN SIDES

• Corner- or walk-through stand: € 200
• Aisle-end stand, 3 open sides: € 300
