SprayTec is a sprayable MS hybrid polymer adhesive for bonding large surfaces. Its formulation combines strength and efficiency with safer and healthier working conditions. It contains no solvents, isocyanates and phthalates and has low VOC emissions. SprayTec can be applied single-sided, is repositionable, adheres to humid substrates and is temperature resistant up to 150°C.

For bonding roofing materials (EPDM, PVC, underlayment...), floors (linoleum, vinyl and vinyl tiles, cork, parquet...), walls and partitions (waterproofing membrane, insulation, shower and acoustic wall panels...), wood (veneer, HPL finishing coat...) and others (foam rubber, stair covering, laminating and doubling of panels of all kinds,...).

What aspects of innovation or sustainability are distinctive about this product?
For bonding large surfaces, contact and PU adhesives are commonly used, but they are harmful and have drawbacks. Tec7 therefore launched the first sprayable hybrid polymer adhesive, SprayTec. It contains no solvents, isocyanates and phthalates, has low VOC emissions and reduces CO2 emissions by 50-60% compared to contact adhesives. Moreover, one-sided application suffices, it is repositionable, adheres to humid substrates and is temperature-resistant up to 150°C.
